Terrible app
I wouldn’t bother downloading it, just pay online. Wouldn’t let me log in for a month after paying the deposit. Once logged in the payment function just doesn’t work; have to pay in whole ££, once you make a payment it crashes and doesn’t log any payment details for weeks. It’s shocking.Jooooosssshhhh123
You think they would try harder to let you give them money
Every time I try to make a payment on the app, I am asked to authenticate my payment. Which is all good to this point, unfortunately when you go back to the app to confirm you are faced with a black screen and no way to do this. Minimise the app and you can see the page but you can’t open it and engage with it. So frustrating!!!Show lessRabgee
Not for this virgin Atlantic
Been trying to use this since making my booking last summer - it just says that it doesn’t support the virgin Atlantic holiday I’m on… but no advice on how to make it work. I’ve had to do everything by phone (long waits…) and staff response is “oh yes - the app is terrible!” 9 months on and exactly the same problem- unlikely to be resolved before the holiday now. Given how frequently the flight times have changed I’m terrified about missing the departure if it moves suddenly on the dayShow lessDr Vicki
