It’s working but other things missing.

I can’t see pictures that will be send to me!
But other can see the pictures I send that.
I need help because I want to be on it.

I contacted the OnOff assistance less then 1 hour from the purchase open to keep paying for the service, just asking a new number.
They replied to a different question.
I asked again. This time they replied my question ... over 4 hours after the purchase. Just in time to make impossible for me to ask for a refund.
According to OnOff customer service, I should have contacted all banks and providers proving that the number was now mine.
Result: subscription deleted. They lost a customer who was considering to get also their business service for all my employees.
Using an app with such customer care is simply too risky.
Scam - do not use!!!
One month later, I received a $400 bill for “international calling” and it turns out I was being charged by my regular carrier every time I was placing AND receiving calls! Even though I was using wifi to call, it still got traced back to my cell and charged as voice calls!
I was fooled by a message displaying every time I made a call “we just need to call a technical number to place your call. No charge will apply”... Well turns out these technical calls were in fact long distance!

Hello, Your Onoff number being directly linked to the SIM card installed on the cell phone used, your calls are deducted from your package under the same conditions as the native number. If you have an unlimited call plan, then your calls from your Onoff number will also be unlimited. If the operator bills the calls to or from abroad, it will be the same for Onoff communications. (It is also important to know that during your calls, Onoff goes through a gateway number, of the same nationality as your native number. National messages are free, no matter where you are. The same applies to calls received by WIFI if you activate the option "answer via WIFI/Data network". A credit system has been set up for international calls and SMS at competitive rates. Not very secure
