  • Worthless on Samsung products

    Crashes and will not log in. Makes mobile banking impossible for Samsung users.
  • A little bare bones, but seems to work ok….

    Just installed so I’m unwilling to give it 5 stars just yet. Seems to have the basic functions I will need, so after I start utilizing each function, I’ll update.

    The login issues from prior reviews seem to be gone, facial recognition logged me in right away.

    It’s not a Cap One level app, but it’s C&F, not Cap One, so you wouldn’t expect that level anyway….

  • Can’t even login

    Logging in to the website? No problem. Logging in to the app? “Unable to validate your information, please call us." Call center folks are baffled and can’t help. Absolute crap system.
  • 2020 eval ; 2017 Finally works with my iPhone 6s+

    1- still no iPad format app
    2- Can't send invoice information (only in desktop access)
    2a- If you include a memo line instead, you have NO way of knowing if it will go out with a check
    3- Mobile ck deposit "success" is improved
    4-Unpredictable time out is largely same
    5-No advance warning when password change is required; a pain when time is short. How do you find out? Sign in fails, no explanation & you have to call the 800 # to be told, "oh that's how you learn that a pw change is required".
    6-No automatic assignment of ck #s option
    7- It's random but most of your checks will simply result in your C&F acct being debited "on the PROMISED delivery date", not when the recipients receive or deposit them. How can you find out? Oh, I guess you call your payee and ask, since neither on line (desktop or this app) nor your paper statement can provide that interesting piece of information! Your payee vendors, who very likely did NOT receive your checks by their 'delivery dates' (the on time delivery % appears to STILL be very low), will love your uncertainty. NOT!

    We had a round with a never delivered ck recently. Even tho the funds came out of our acct, the bank had trouble figuring out that the check never cleared. Finally they stopped pmt and rewrote/mailed a new check. The vendor still thinks we were at fault.

    To C&F: want a better review? Get a better billpay vendor and a better app. You hired them; you can fire them.

    20170828 my update: I deleted and reinstalled the app, and I'm now able to use it on my 6S+.

    20170828: Overall evaluation at this point: still a very limited app. The information it conveys is very limited, still operates in a clunky fashion. It needs to be better integrated with the browser-based app. I changed the review from one star to 2.

    Please fix the stupid Interface that times out the user without ANY warning. Warn the user when timeout is about to occur.

    Please put out a true iPad app. It's been long enough, come on. Integration with Apple touch ID would be helpful as well.

    now superseded--Update, no improvement, it still does not work with my very current 6S+ iphone.

    I concur with the other reviewer who finds the secret question a time waster.

    Very clunky app anyway, but it only works with my 6+, not my new 6S plus; 20160212: just "updated", still either freezes or crashes my whole 6s+ phone. The only improvement over the last couple of months is a fix on mobile deposits, whereas over half of mine were rejected over several tries, now that rarely happens.

    Mobile deposit probably works 1 out of 5 attempts.
  • I thought there was a password for a reason

    If I could give this app zero stars I would. Any time I sign in with a password I CREATED, I am forced to answer 1 or more security questions. The point of having this app is QUICK access to your banking information. With this additional security question annoyance, this app has done just the opposite. Now I have to take even more time out of my day to tell you what a terrible app you have. Thanks for wasting my time.
