This vpn needs work
Speed up connect time. Fix integration with Apple mail client to show last update time while waiting for new updates. Fix frequent drops. Fix display so that vpn connected status is observable in some way on home screen. Fix interaction that causes first lines of email viewable on preview, but won’t show in mail client. Fix “validating recipient...” that shows for minutes when composing email.Show lessPhred2222
Awful App
This app is terrible. When it loads it brings up multiple DOS screens. Seriously! The DOS screens you haven’t seen since the 80’s. It also freezes in connecting mode if your laptop goes into hibernation and forces you to reboot. Also, you can’t shut the app down. Even if you close it, it runs in the background and won’t let you shut it down. Even if you use the end task feature in Windows. This app is the only one that makes me have to reboot my brand new expensive Dell laptop with a Core i5 10th gen chip. I have to reboot daily because of this awful app.Show lessScrivelicious
Intermittent connection - no macOS app 😒
**Update: now app won’t work with iPhone iOS14?!? 😖 or 💻 MAC. Seems I cannot use this app at all - kinda useless now. Shame, bc I really liked it 😏when it worked with Apple products.

How to mess up an app
This app was working reasonably well up to the last update. It now crashes incessantly and takes many tries to get it to connect. I have many times spent over 5 minutes continually reentering the login information to get to the VPN. Crashes whenever trying to login
The app immediately crashes and quits whenever I’m trying to login to my university vpn after the new update. And their were multiple times before this update that it can’t can’t even connect after the authentication process.YanwenLuo
