Not updating
Of late, app has stopped working and real time data usage and billing information is not being updated. The app version is 5.24.Not my day

App not working

Monthly Bill?
Overall is good. However it's kinda disappointed that each of the updates never fix the monthly bill issue. I do receive email on monthly basis on my phone bill, but when I want to pay through this app, it will always show RM0 overdue, and I have to find back my email, pay accordingly and see the overdue amount become negative figures. This makes me wonder am I paying too much than it's actually required?Show lessSparksFlyForTaylor
Room of improvement
The app is still not compatible with iPhone 6 screen. But, that's the least of my concern. Other features such as seeing my unbilled amount, internet usage and any other is quite decent. Maxis Rewards is still unusable after the app update. Every time I open it, the rewards page is blank and empty. Please fix this problem.Show lessJD Yeap
