  • Gets worse with every update

    How much money does this company make that you can’t hire one competent coder?
  • Optimize changes route

    After optimizing my list or orders, I get my tickets in order and then the route keeps changing! Extremely annoying and time consuming!
  • Just ok

    It gets the job done and it’s fairly user friendly. I’ve being using it 9 years and haven’t experienced most of the difficulties mentioned in other reviews. My biggest beef is I have to get my tickets in order as soon as I optimize because it randomly will change the delivery order multiple times while I’m getting prepared and if I try to add one late order from pending, it will completely change the delivery route. Very annoying. I optimize all my tickets and then go by my ticket order the rest of the day.

  • Maps

    I clicked on the address it goes the maps icon automatically delete it and then go right back in and it works every delivery. I have to do it twice for it to work and I maps

    It seems if I switch to Google or Waze. It takes me one try and it works but I do not like working with those other formats. Everything was working fine then when they did the update, there’s been nothing but issues.

  • Horrible Outdated App

    I run 2 stores and so extremely annoying dealing with the app glitching and being so outdated you have to literally delete the app for it to work!

    Thanks for making my job impossible with your constant crashes and failures, leading to delays and inability to contact guests. The customers love it.
  • Daily pin

    I have to enter the daily pin 7-8 times before it works
  • Steadily taking money for this app yet still garbage

    Never ending list of issues with this app. You steadily deduct tech support money from your franchisees yet still expect us to use this garbage app for delivering. Can’t keep the app up longer than a couple seconds before it automatically closes…puts a delivery at a completely different location than what is on the order…JUST STRAIGHT GARBAGE

  • Garbage

    This app is riddled with issues.
    Can’t even zoom into and area to read surrounding streets…it springs back.
    Endless problems.

    App makes my day stressful beyond belief.

    Absolute garbage.
  • A year later and the app is still utter garbage

    1. The app freezing while trying to log orders
    Do you understand how awkward and infuriating it is for you to have tell someone who already doesn’t want their photo taken, oh I’m sorry but my app is freezing and it’s “company policy that we take photos of our deliveries”?
    2. The optimize button makes the app crash
    Why put an optimization button on the app if it’s just going to make the app crash?
    3. Deletion of orders and unclogging orders
    If I take the photo, log it successful and continue then come back to the app and it says it wasn’t logged at all, now I have to try to explain why the customer never was notified, why I didn’t log the order?
    4. Splitting orders
    Why is it that some orders split into two separate orders? It’s one order number, but two on the app. The computer only shows it as one but the app splits them.

    Imagine Edible as actually caring what their company looks like to other people and their employees. From having a mandatory app that barely functions 10% of the time to having rating at 1.1 stars (that’s horrible, there have been no efforts in improving either) to attempting to spread the word about your business through Facebook and having 2.3 stars. Edible is seriously lacking in the customer and employee satisfaction area.
