Glitches
There are a lot of glitches with this app and it seems every time I report an issue it’s delete and reinstall the app or that’s been reported to the developers. So I know there are a lot of others with the same issues.Highland-lady
Bad
Ever since this app got updated it has been a very very bad experience. Always glitching making me have to optimize it every stop I make and having to double check it’s the right one because it’s always switching the customers !!! Worse version so far, should of kept it the old versionaloo23art
Driver comments
The last update was awful. Deliveries disappearing while in route. Trouble when an order has being unlogged from route, it reappears/another driver can’t keep it logged in their route. When setting up a route, the add to route feature keeps saying that arrangements are not completed but they are ready. Busy holiday had to keep logging in and out to keep my route.Show lessprettybirdy
Getting better slowly
Yes it is better than manually entering every address and optimization has gotten better over time. The app still has a long way to go before giving it more than two stars. How about no issue of incorrect response, Crashing on drivers, Deleting routes after logging an unsuccessful delivery as successful, Timing out, mapping to correct address, not working all together and updating all tickets related to that address with one picture instead of each picture for every item. Never works, always crashes
As a driver for edible arrangements, this app is the main reason why deliveries take forever. Never works when you need it to. Optimization, at times puts orders is random order and has going over your own tracks. Also can apparently never connect to server and have to try multiple times wasting time while out on deliveries.Show lessDJ_iKonic
Great idea but needs work
Full of glitches. Refinements are more like punishments. Please come work as a delivery ambassador using the app and findout your self how crappie it is!

This is a great app and it is super convenient. The only thing i would add is a notification when pending orders come in. Otherwise, this app has helped me keep my orders organized and I love being able to see my whole route for the day.Coltsfreak64
Decent and gets the job done, not flawless
Been using the app ever since I started driving (used the website before the app actually) and I will say it is 10x nicer than just entering everything manually. The numbers and the address is all right there integrated into one interface. I do wish it would link to more Navi apps like waze ect. But overall it is very nice when we are trying to get every arrangement out on time.Show lessZappey
