Piece of junk, a scam
Ipad Pro app doesn't work at all, piece of junk people, got 4 cameras at HomeDepot today Dec 5, 2016 trying setting exactly on the manual ... wasting my time since I am a business owner... bad products...it does not let me rate 0 star... Would not deserve 1 star.

No login available when first launching app. =. Now ay to access existing camera.

Good idea poorly implemented
This app is to support the Amcrest IP camera to enable you to view live footage and control the camera with pan, tilt, zoom from anywhere in the world with a wifi or data connection to the internet.
It's a great facility when it works but being able to connect to the camera is very hit and miss.
From recent experience it connects less than 50% of the time, and once it has failed to connect once you might as well forget it until you return home and set it up again.
You then have to rely on the Amcrest Cloud app to get live view or look at events from your camera, which is much slower.
Disappointing that Amcrest have not got this sorted, their camera is a super piece of kit but this app is a real let down. More effort needed I think!

App is junk
I really wished this app worked on the iPad. I can not get it to connect at all. I have to use the iPhone version on my iPad. It works but it's horrible to look at.
Problems with installation
App doesn't provide troubleshooting info, camera not excepting Wifi setup. Will have to send back.
Does not work with iOS 10
App worked brilliantly before upgrading to iOS 10. Now I have no remote access to live view on iPhone or iPad. The cameras simply fail to connect. Please sort as now my Amcrest PTZ cameras are useless.
