Auto tracking not functioning
The interface is simple and elegant but the key issue for me is the accuracy of automatic tracking of trips. My experience on three trips is that it is highly inaccurate.
Mileage tracking is such a BONUS
I love this app. Since downloading this in the 4th quarter of 2019, I spent some time getting everything inputted and now I am completely on track with my expenses for my business and the background mileage tracker has been a welcome feature as I always forgot to turn it on with other apps. Now I know exactly how many miles I have logged for personal and business travel and my accountant loves me for it! I am a REALTOR with Keller Williams and this software is a must have!

There is effectively no free version of this app.
When first get the app it may appear that you can get free automatic milage tracking. You cannot, you need the premium plan for that feature, and I’m pretty sure mileIQ is cheaper. The free plan seems to allow you to manually input your milage for each drive, but I think you’ll find a notebook and pencil preforms that function more reliably and without collecting or selling your personal information and data.
The paid premium version probably works fine, but if you’re expecting to get any functional features of the app without paying, you won’t. 🤷♂️

Indispensable!
I have found great value in utilizing Hurdlr as a tool for managing my freelance endeavors. During my previous experience as a self-employed individual, I often wished Hurdlr had been available to streamline and optimize my workflow. Presently, as a freelancer, I find immense satisfaction in the efficiency and effectiveness of this application. One truly comprehends the magnitude of its capabilities after having encountered the challenges of manual and time-consuming processes. Data always on
I am happy with the app but it is unacceptable that mobile data as to be always on, not only when using the app. This consumption of hundreds of megabytes costs a lot depending on your data plan. What does the app always track in the background?
Was great for 4 years, but starting to slip
I found Hurdlr after a frustrating experience with QuickBooks SE. Hurdlr was half the price, far easier to use, and had great customer support. All those things are still true. However, I am deducting one star for two reasons: 1) their “create a rule” function does not work reliably, (twice now I’ve had very bad interactions with this feature, and I won’t risk using it again, which means I need to laboriously tag interactions manually, when they should be able to be auto-tagged) and reason 2) they are using ChatGPT to answer customer service inquiries. I much prefer their old model of first defaulting to a search of their manual and then offering to put me in touch with a human if the manual doesn’t have the answer. ChatGPT answers are verbose and annoying. I don’t plan to quit the service, but these things are disappointing nevertheless.

This app helps my business income and expenses and travel easily stay separate from personal ones. It keeps me accountable and accurate with just a swipe. Love it.
Needs a lot of fixing
Banking integration stopped working for 4 months and still paid for the app. Doesn’t updated properly. Lots of bugs
