Love this!

I used to use Stride but would often forget to start and end my trips when tracking mileage. Plus it was always a hassle to stay on top of adding my purchases.

A buddy turned me on to Hurdlr and I couldn’t be happier. I signed up for the premium version immediately because the convenience it offers is well worth it for the time I save.

It was easy to link my business account and so simple to swipe left or right for personal or business as purchases or income come in. But my favorite is the automatic start and end to trips for mileage tracking. Once the app senses that you’re moving in a vehicle, it begins the ride and stops it when you stop. Then, you get a notification and can swipe left for personal or right for business. Super easy! I’d recommend to everyone with a small business or just those who need to track their mileage.

Uber expenses

Does not track Uber expenses properly the GST you pay to Uber is not calculated into your tax credit so your tax GST payable is not accurate.

Taxbot was far superior in all aspects

Well if you can’t beat them then buy them and shut them down. This app has numerous flaws that leave you with a rather painful experience. You are not able to sort new trips based on date, there is no way to view the path of travel on the website, limited features in app so you are required to use both web and app to be semi-efficient. The hurdlr app is a significant step backwards compared to the far superior taxbot app. Then they don’t offer lifetime subscription. You can submit recommendations on features that you’d like to see, but after 2 years there has been no change.

UPDATE: What the developer fails to understand is that Taxbot (original app) was far superior in functionality from just the iOS perspective. I submitted multiple recommendations/feedback just to get your app to the level of Taxbot over 2 years ago with no updates since then. Now the developer responds by saying “the web app…” ugh…the developer doesn’t even understand this review is on the iOS store for the iOS app. It’s sad, really. I shouldn’t have to have both the iOS app and website up to manage my business.

The web app also offers features that allow you to filter/sort your trips and search for specific criteria, making it easy to find specific trips! The mobile and web app offer different ways of displaying your drives, but we have noted your feedback. Hurdlr appreciates all feedback, it's what helps our app grow! However, there are many factors that impact our roadmap so we cannot necessarily alter the app to meet each users' specific requests. Best free mileage tracking app

For me, I only wanted mileage tracking, this app does it all and is the best of the half dozen I tried, by far! Might even upgrade to the tax features - simply because they aren’t being pushy about it and keeping mileage behind the same paywall.

Best Milage tracking app with simple intuitive integration

I tried to use other applications and I didn’t like the fact they charged so much. This application does milage tracking really well and even integrates Uber and other applications for seamless usage. Also it seems to learn drives I do on a regular basis and classifies them as personal or business automatically.
