  • Great companion app for the book

This app is exactly what I was looking for in order to keep track of my progression with the six workouts in Convict Conditioning. I started with a pen and paper notebook then tried to make an excel spreadsheet but this app is my favorite form of documentation for my workout progression by far.
  • Pretty good over all

Useful app. One criticism: a 'set' is a number of reps. A group of sets is a 'round'. I'd like to specify the number of 'sets' I do and have that be flexible. E.g., 5 sets of 30 close squats. Right now it's predetermined and cannot be changed per exercise.
  • CC Tracker works great

I use it every day for the 6 main exercises in CC1. I have even added a few of the exercises from CC2. I have been using the app for over a month now.
  • Great App!

This app is simple way to track your progress and also provides the great motivation to continue beating your personal best. If you travel, this is great replacement for your exercise log. Well done!
The only thing I would like added is a way to track the stretches from Convict Conditioning 2.
  • Suggestion

I've been using this app for quite some time now and it's been working great. However, one thing I've looked for in all apps like this have been missing one small aid that I would find helpful. If a button that started a four count metronome were in this app, it would have completely sold it for me.

    Please add this feature.

  • Very Good!

Best cc tracker app I have found.
  • Interface is a struggle

A good idea, and I use it in spite of the bizarre interface because it's useful in the long run. But just a few examples: I can add to my reps, but I can't subtract them -- so if I shoot past the number I want, tough luck. Similarly, I can complete 2/2 (I think that's what the 0/2 is for), but I can also complete 45/2 or, for all I know, 10,000 out of 2. But I can't reset. Also the reps don't advance automatically for me, even though the preferences say I can set this. Shame all around.

  • If Only Dragon Door were licensing apps!

I think this would be the app they'd make. That being said, that's potentially the biggest drawback. While I've read the book and have my own copy, it would be substantially more useful to have some of the copyrighted information explained, like progressions and how to move from one point to the next.

  • Great and useful app

If you love Convict Conditioning, you'll love this app. It easily helps you keep track of your progress while shooting for your strength goals. The app is well made and holds it weight for being very convenient.

  • Needs basic functionality to be viable

This app is a great idea, but it is missing basic functionality like allowing editing and being able to change dates when you have to put in a missed workout... This app sorely needs a calendar tracking function (which should be table-stakes for a workout tracking app)... Its also confusing to figure out how to use this (what is the purpose of the checkmark?), and the UX is challenging... and this could benefit from some instructions
or a wizard walkthrough. Making the app a dull grey scheme and then charging for normal colors feels like an odd money-grab... Id rather pay up front for a complete app.
