Skeptical til I tried it… Eureka for taking the chance!
Up until now, I have hesitated investing in a text extractor app. Poor reviews, scary warnings of subsequent addon’s, free apps that were ineffective.
This app is the real deal. There were a few adjustments that had to be made, figuring out my pc name, where to get complimentary pc app, saving back up to harddrive opposed to icloud.
But it works as described! Eureka, thank you for your amazing app. It worked as described.

Worked well even on my very old PC!
I am really glad to say that this app worked! It takes a little extra work to download the corresponding program on your computer, but it was worth it. Didn’t take very long to complete the whole process and it allows you to save your files in multiple file types, which is very handy. Also worth mentioning that it even allowed me to export and save a large number of voice messages - literally voice messages sent via text - I’m not talking about voice mail. Anyway, those saved as AMR files, so I’ll have to convert them to something else or find a way to play that file type, but hey...better than having to transcribe hundreds of voice messages! I needed my texts and these voice messages for legal proceedings, so this app is a huge help so far! Lastly, my computer really is OLD and the app and program still worked on it, so cheers to that! Used on March 25, 2021.

JUNK! Need a MAC to Print a text! Link to PC Download is Dead!
This app does not say you have to have a MAC computer to print a text chain using the app. I have an iPad and an iPhone. It does provide a PC download link but that link is DEAD! I want my money back for this junk app!

Absolutely rubbish
Don’t waste your money. It literally doesn’t work. I’m putting my iTunes password in like it’s asking and it’s not showing any of my messages. I’m not getting any response from they’re supper email either

Please download our latest computer application from our support website or turnoff encryption so that even older version can export messages
Excellent tech support
When I first downloaded this app it didn’t work for me (because of a weird glitch with my phone). I sent a message to the developer and he responded almost immediately. He texted, then FaceTimed to help walk me through what to try. When I explained the glitch with my phone he went back and within a few days created a whole new program to accommodate my phone. It worked great. He went above and beyond to make sure this app would work for me. It was easy to download and figure out. It definitely did what I needed it to do.

Awesome!!!
I am a single father going through a court case for custody of my son. Text messages were very important to save and document correctly. (Name, date and time stamp) I also needed it to look professional for a judge. This app has done exactly what I needed it to do.
Can be a little difficult at first to get it to connect with your phone and computer but if you follow the exact directions you should be ok. I am not a computer guy so it was a little challenging.
I was also impressed with the developer. When I was not understanding something they reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was going it right. Very supportive and wants to make sure you are 100% happy. That goes a long way. Thank you

It works great! You just need to understand it.
I read a bunch of reviews before taking a chance on this app. It's just ridiculous that Apple doesn't provide this basic functionality natively. But, lacking that, this app is AWESOME. The problems people have had are nothing more than the result of user error, not understanding what they're doing, or perhaps some sort of configuration problem.
I had an issue at first too, but the developer himself called me to walk me through it. I've got hundreds of apps and I've never seen that level of support from anyone.
Here's the overview you must understand in order for this to work.
1. You install this app.
2. You run a backup using iTunes, as normal.
3. You download and install a PC-based app from the developer, either for Windows or Mac.
4. That PC app is what extracts the SMS content from your backup files, and converts it to HTML, PDF, and Excel.
That's it! It works marvelously and does exactly what the developer claims. I'm happy to have it and I recommend it to anyone.

What a helpful app!
Although the set up is a little odd, it only took me about 10 minutes to download and set up and it is awesome! I need text string for court and this app is perfect to store and backup the texts you may need to use in a formal setting. I recommend this to anyone going through any situation that would require text messaging to be used, they can’t be altered and are according to my lawyer perfect to use as evidence. Get this app! And the tech support is fast, helpful, and very attentive, he even followed up to make sure I had no other questions. I do t know why there are bad reviews, this is an amazing app!
