It does not work
My school blocked all VPNS. I have tried many, I have been searching for free ones but it well, does not work. It did work when I connected to my phone, but the servers are blocked and it will not connect all because my school uses Zscaler as a security certificate, and yes, every single school in Australia just uses them, they patched all of them.

Very clean VPN
Used it for the 3 day free trail and was very pleased used it to play a game in Sweden had a 165 ping not the best but hey it was stable and didn’t disconnect randomly and almost zero packet burst but medium latency when gaming I imagine if you are using this for media then I bet this works like a charm! Would give 5 star if there pings were a bit lower for Sweden though I’ve used boosters that got me to 60 even 40ms in Sweden so I know they can..

Excellent support and great safeguard feature
I have been using for a few months now. It is really fast and support is really quick; I had some questions on safeguard regarding parental control. They responded to my question and took the opportunity to fine tuned the settings to improve the feature. Best VPN I have tried. I highly recommend :)

if it didn't suddenly drop out without notification on occassion it would get 5 stars , double check vpn is connected evrytime you get online and anytime you are going over the other side of the fence
Good But Buggy
I use HideMe on my iphone and computer. Normally its 100% fine, works well and no problems plus I love the unlimited data feature. The problem is when it gets glitchy for no reason and can’t be fixed. On my iPhone at the moment, I can connect to HideMe but nothing works. I know its just HideMe because all the other vpns I own work just fine on my phone
And on my laptop, currently it won’t connect at all. I’ve changed vpn protocols, redownloaded the app, restarted it and everything but the app on pc still won’t connect. It just randomly started happening today on my pc, but the problem with my iPhone has been almost a week now. On top of that, I had this problem before on my computer with the HideMe app. The only way it got fixed was because I had to reset my computer for a dofferent reason, and then the vpn worked again. But now it has the same problem. And once again, it’s literally JUST hideme vpn.
All my other vpns work completely fine on my iPhone ans computer

More Protocols
This app is amazing. I love the free version, unlimited plan, and locations available. I just have one thing I dislike
The desktop version has more vpn protocols to select from, which I really like. Especially since not all vpn protocols will connect for me from time to time, and I have to switch between a few for one to work. I also love softether protocol on the desktop app. So if iphone hideme app had more selection for vpn protocols, it would make the app even better than it already is!

Shocking Settings
The product and service is not bad at all. Out of the box the service can disconnect on iPhone. I have set my settings to auto connect and one protocol: for example WireGuard. These settings should and have prevented disconnecting.

Hello Plop, kindly contact our technical support within the app and we'll assist you in resolving your problem. Might be as easy as changing the VPN protocol you're using in the app's Settings.
Unusable subscription.
So, I liked the service and wanted to go premium. including moving the subscription to be on my mobile device as well.
Unfortunately, when I purchased the subscription, it didn't register. I thought that they must have a restore purchase button somewhere! And they do. But only if you're not signed in. So I wouldn't be able to use my subscription on any other device. Actually Laughable. Unless they add it in response, I genuinely wouldn't risk buying any subscription on the mobile app. and it even made me just leave as a customer entirely. :/

Can’t connect.
App worked well for about 30 minutes. Haven’t been able to connect to UK free since. Just keeps telling me my service is limited. Upgrade. Thought I could continue to use free service. Or is that a spray to catch a mackerel?
