It isn’t a VPN in free version
I got the free version cuz I’m broke and I wanna watch a show on Netflix that’s not in my country so I got this vpn free version and in free version it’s only lets u select one country and that your own country I live in Pakistan and it only lets me connect the vpn to Pakistan so of course my show isn’t gonna pop up if I’m connected to the same country please let free version have atleast one more country like Australia or something please

Registered members are not allowed to upgrade, so disappointed, I wasted $10 for nothing, after upgrading from the home page without registered they will accept your payment and log you out, I really don't know how you will log in without email and password and once you registered they will take you back to the same home page to upgrade again.. Scam! Scam!! Scam!!!

Deceptive app pretending connected but not.
This app very often seem like connected to VPN but when you check the IP its not connected at all. Very frustrating and why does does it say connected to US for example and its still in UK.
Also you are given 10Gb for free but every week or so you have to “reactivate” the free allowance, whatever that means.
Please fix the app.

Doesn’t work in Dubai
When I first tried this VPN it worked great (last month) but after I bought a subscription any server I try would connect but there would be internet activity for a few seconds then it would seem like I’m not connected. I tried all locations and changed the protocols but nothing works. All support tells me is to reinstall the app which made 0 difference. Stay away from this VPN if you live in Dubai.

Would be 5 but constantly logs out now
A recent update has made the app log out of my
Account every 30 minutes to an hour, at first I thought it was because I was using several devices at once and it had somehow stopped allowing multiple devices but that isn’t the case. It just logs out randomly with no warning regardless if I’m signed in on multiple devices or just one with it, so it’s quite bad, which means I have to constantly resign in and then reconnect to VPN. My router seems to constantly have issues now staying connected as well. Speeds and performance when connected are still amazing but with it logging out so often and without any warning it isn’t reliable for me anymore. Please release an update that fixes this issue soon so I can have the amazing features and security that I paid for back on my router and my devices.

Not very reliable
Always cancels out and even though Premium can connect more than one device. This does not work as only one will work at a time and not several.

Slow servers, pitiful few of those are even in USA, (probably would be a good look, guys). Besides that the pain speeds are even slower than other services to international servers from every other VPN of ever tried and the best part is the fact that this is the most expensive idiot I’ve ever seen.

Bad bad bad. Won’t consider subscribing after the 500mb trial as I had a very poor experience and honestly 500mb doesn’t take you far...
