I just joined Usana, and was asked to download this app. 4 times downloading, deleting, downloading....still not working. It keep come out with error message and asked me to contact my sponsor. Even when my sponsor contacted the usana office, they do not understand why. Another time the message said “Access Denied”, there seems to be problem with the country and language we have on your customer record. Please call customer service. But, the customer service do not know how to solve the problem. My sponsor said she locked in my account with her iPhone first, which is configured in Chinese. And my iPhone is configured in English. Wonder if this is the problem?
