    I was not able to hear to doctor properly and app was disconnected frequently. Not happy with app. Doctor was excellent and very cooperative
  • Practo charged me higher than i should be getting with doc

    Practo charges higher than doctor fees. The consultation time i got was much lower. I was scheduled for 1 hr but got only 20 mins with doctor.
  • Doctor provided prescription without even speaking to patient!!!

    My mother has recently tested positive for Covid 19 unfortunately I am in the US right now. Recently my mother symptoms started going little worse and so I thought it would be safe if my mother has a doctor who she could speak to if she faces any issue.
    She is currently alone with my father and of course unable to check her phone.

    I downloaded Practo on her behalf and took a package of 1600 rs which would provide 5 online consultations and 24/7 follow up on messages for one month.

    To my surprise, the doctor (Dr Anil Kumar Angadi) called and spoke to my cousin brother (just 4 minutes) and completed consultation without even speaking to the patient (my mother) even once.He should have ideally rescheduled if my mother was not available. I am unable to understand how can a doctor complete consultation without even speaking to the patient even once. The doctor prescribed medication without consulting my mom. She is having severe headache in left side. My mom tried reaching the doctor so many times but unfortunately no one responded. I have been trying to reach Practo customer service from the last 24 hours but again no one responded.
    Where is humanity in this pandemic? This is the time when we all should come together and it is really sad to see everyone just making money out of this somebody’s difficult phase.

  • You don’t publish reviews

    You only publish those reviews which are favourable to you and your doctor. You don’t do it for negative reviews. You should grow up to face reality.
  • Be ready to be harassed by SMS + calls nuisance by Practo

    Practo is a great product - to get immediate consultation from experts while sitting at home. Though it will never be able to replace actual Doctor clinic visits, you’ll get second opinions quickly.

    However they’ve created so much nuisance in the name of technology automation and scaling, In less than 24 hours, I’ve received 10+ SMS, at least 20+ Notifications, at least 7 automated calls.

    Looks they’ve given the guns to monkeys who don’t know how to handle it.

    Practo leaders: please look in to it and stop harassing your paying customers.

    Limit all SMS / Notifications / Calls to no more than 1-2 per day.

    Also, Practo’s Shopping cart functionality is so flawed. You can not combine more than one prescription in one order. Every time you click back, your cart is empty again.

    Practo leaders: Please order some medications yourself from multiple consultations and see for yourself how poorly designed it is.

    Doctor allocation is random, they will select the doctor that is allocated to you and you have no way to ensure you get a great doctor.

    They should at least allow us to shortlist 2 doctors from which they can give one to us. For one of the consultation that completed in 3 minutes, the specialist asked me to go see a specialist in my city and do an in person visit, she is right. But she is from another city, so now I need to pay to another doctor for in person visit - this is duplication of cost for me.

  • Practo plus is not useful

    1. Most doctors on practo plus are junior/ inexperienced.
    2. Long wait times before start of consultation (even after you are matched with a doctor).
    3. Video call feature does not work.
  • Calling feature not work

    Call features not always work ..it’s frustrating when you are not able to talk to doctor
  • Worst experience

    The doctor finished the consultation without informing and the next day I tried contacting him to ask about the blood reports for which he did not reply and practo says we don’t have to do anything with that. Hats off.. RIP CUSTOMER SERVICE & practo would never recommend it to anyone.
  • Only 5 MB attachment

    They allow only 5 MB attachment to be sent to doctor which is often small size for what we get from lab work. They only open chat with doctor 5 mins before.
  • Payment issues

    Did not accept my Citibank debit card . No error no details. Very difficult to setup payment for new users
