Comtrust should really look at where they are. Old mobile app, they don’t participate in Zelle and its is so convenient. I’ve been a member over 30 years and I can tell you they HATE change.Randall53

Bad fix
Last month when the app was updated it completely stopped working on my iPad. It says it is compatible with the version I have, but it won’t open at all. Really great fix!Rrawde
Really outdated
This app is way outdated compared to other online mobile banking apps. I wish they would bring it into 2022 it feels like it’s stuck in the year 2005.ADHerrick
Basic App
Pretty basic app in today’s day and age. Would like to be able to deposit checks via my phone camera. Able to view balance and pay loans. Was able to log in with no issues despite the other reviews. Check your junk mail if you don’t get a security code.dremy1011
Total crap
The app is totally useless. Can’t login. Downloaded it, entered my username and password. Wanted me to enter a verification code from an email that they won’t even send. This is freakin ridiculous. I think it’s past time to change banks. Y’all can’t even get an app to work in 2020. Pathetic.6970meathead
Pretty Good But...
Sometimes it won’t allow me to login in. Once I restart the app it usually works, but it can get frustrating. Overall, it’s pretty efficient.Skylar8532

The app works most of the time. Some days it just won't even let me log into my account, which is troubling when I desperately need to transfer funds. Wish this issue would be resolved finally.Learrrs

This app use to be amazing but since the last update MONTHS ago I haven't been able to even log in to my account and view my details. Definitely deleting the app since I can't use it.thatonepegapony
