Works good until…
I listen to the programming from 9am till 3, since my work is located on the 17th floor, cell service is not very good so I am on WiFi. For some unknown reason when I am not on WiFi the app won’t work. It happens at my home too, I can be outside mowing the front yard but when I am down the hill out of WiFi the app won’t work. The app is set to work on Cellular too but it won’t and everytime I loose WiFi, I have to sit through another dang commercial before programming starts back and it’s very annoying and I miss information.

Repeated stop and start
This app sucks. Every time you pause to do something or if you go on/off wifi you have to watch the stupid video ad again. I’ll never use Cool Ray because of having to repeatedly watch their ad
Heats up phone
This app makes my phone (16 pro) run hot for whatever reason. My assumption is the ads are causing a lot of this. I’ve found that I’m much better off just searching for wsb radio in Apple Music and listening via the iHeartRadio or Audacy streams.

Whoever they are paying to develop apps should be fired immediately. It literally doesn’t even allow you to listen live.
