Gone downhill
I have used this app for years. I love 11 alive news because it’s so trustworthy. But this app just keeps getting worse. When I get notifications, I click on the ones that interest me, but I rarely get that article now. Either something else comes up or it just opens live. If I want live then I’ll watch live. But that article I was wanting to read is gone and not even findable on the app. It’s frustrating. I only gave a 3 because I’m hopefully IT is reading these reviews and will fix the AP otherwise I would rate it lower. This has been going on for months now.

Fun hunting for grammar errors
...and there are plenty. My favorite headline today is, “Two Brothers Faces Charges…..” Nobody there thought to read this and I edit the word to “Face”. You will be amazed at all the basic grammar mistakes. It's a good teaching instrument for grade school children to learn proofreading. Unfortunately articles will auto play attached video clips with audio, even if your phone is muted. Not good if you're trying to not disturb those around you. You will get tired of hearing how they're "Holding the Powerful Accountable." It's ironic since they obviously don't even read an article before posting it!

I’m an independent & listening to the panel tonight regarding candidates for Governor, some of your employees were very negative about Jackson & supportive of Bottoms.
This kind of opinions on your station should be neutral.
