Predatory auto renewal FOR $175!!
I wanted to try this app to see if it could take pictures you input and give good suggestions. I signed up for a free trial and tried it once and it had very unsatisfactory results. When I forgot to cancel the trial, it charged me $175 for another year of it. $175 for this app is a rip off, the picture analysis it did was not correct, not helpful, and so far off that I stopped using the service altogether. The fact that it costs $175 a year is insane, other reviews have mentioned that it once costed $50 a year. I have reached out to support for a refund but they only have an email address. They also don’t let you cancel your subscription, the only thing I can do is cancel my payment in PayPal. This seems like fraud, how are you supposed to cancel your payment if you didn’t use PayPal? A $175 YEARLY renewal instead of a monthly renewal is also very predatory. A monthly renewal would give somebody the chance to cancel while not having to pay almost $200 if they weren’t able to cancel by the renewal date.

the system is great, to breakdown and analyse components and follow its logic is impressive when compared to other platforms. It still has quite a long way to go until it achieves the ideal service. I think that it’s price point is predatory and inflated by at least 30%. I think the developers need to have a long-term view on market share, aggregation, and profitability.

A subscription is a plan that you will be automatically charged on every renewal date, either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan type.
