Never works right
Normal options you use all the time, like switching drivers will randomly disappear. Submitting by your current rates randomly disappears so you have to take it now. I’m pretty sure they do it in purpose to take advantage of the tow company... I’m about done trying to use this app.cnad131
Not A Beneficial App
I am located in a very busy city, upgraded insurance to partner up and have never received 1 job. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app many times just to make sure it was working properly. This concept is good, if you have your ducks in a row with bugs, fixes, good call volume and decent service rates for the service providers on the front line. This app did nothing for income and added additional expenses at the same time.

Honk partner app experience
This app is the worst it makes your phone have the most annoying nonstop car honking sound and you are unable to change it and it goes off all hours of the day and night. I think 99% of the jobs that you are notified with are fake to make it look like customers are in need of help to get you to use the app. It shows a lockout is less than one mile away and I can be available right away but the jobs are never given. The very few times a job is received payment is never a issue but the payout to do a lockout on a Sunday at 3am is around $30 so I’m not using this app any more. They require you to pay and signup for a massive amount of insurance to do business with them but only pay $30 for a job and only one job every four months.Show lessUser Name:
Horn is annoying / No money to be made
You will be out of business if you try to compete with other providers who run at no profit. Sorry we are here for profit. Honking in my ear over 100 times a day is nerve wrecking specially no jobs awarded if your price above your cost.Neal.Jay

Provider Rates
The rates are extremely low. 20$ for a lockout and 45$ for a tow. Unbelievable that they expect providers to take jobs at these ridiculous prices. All providers should protest and not take jobs to force them to raise the rates. There is no room for any type of profit with these rates. The worst part is they tell you to update your rates but, have disabled the feature from the partner app.Show lessLetsStartaStrike
A couple suggestions
Make the app capable of turning into landscape mode so it will work on a sideways iPad that is mounted. I’m not going to re-mount my iPad and app is hard to use sideways. Also, allow multiple logins so it can ring my phone when I’m out of the car and iPad at same time while I’m driving or in the car. Multiple logins would also allow me to take pictures/video on my phone when out of the vehicle without taking the time to unstrap my iPad. Also add a profile settings tab so a driver is able to update a phone number or other personal info. Customer service is impossible without a phone number so the app needs more options. Other than the above suggestions, Honk is great to work with and I’m happy to be a provider.Show lessJoeiestjoeever

Needs to show what is being paid for job for the drivers to know what the job cost so they know what to expect when turning in payroll to the boss would be helpfulaka42069
Better App!!
You guys need to redo the app!!! It is really messing with my income. Your app needs to be on point as far as bugs and other small “stuff” that can lead to miscommunication, app losing connection, background check etc.wodajo
