Quality and customer service recently
Recently the response to emails/instagram contact has been none to days at a time. Drawings take days and are poor quality when received. I don’t know if this app was just not lucrative for them and it’s been neglected but it’s been disappointing.

We offer 24/7 email support to handle any issues our customers may have regarding their sketch (revisions), app, event or billing issues. We can't seem to locate any tickets tied to your email. Please email us at support@chicsketch.com and someone from our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours or less. Also be sure to check your spam mail in case an email was accidentally caught in that box. You would have also received a confirmation email that your support inquiry was received so if you did not receive that, then your email most likely did not reach us. Please check your outbox. Sketch times for a standard sketch can take anywhere from 24 to 72 business hours and expedited sketches are done within 24 business hours. We assure you that customer satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind all of our services. We'll be on the look at for your email so we can assist you further.
