Quality and customer service recently
I have been using this app for years.
Recently the response to emails/instagram contact has been none to days at a time. Drawings take days and are poor quality when received. I don’t know if this app was just not lucrative for them and it’s been neglected but it’s been disappointing.Meghan Reese

We offer 24/7 email support to handle any issues our customers may have regarding their sketch (revisions), app, event or billing issues. We can't seem to locate any tickets tied to your email. Please email us at support@chicsketch.com and someone from our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours or less. Also be sure to check your spam mail in case an email was accidentally caught in that box. You would have also received a confirmation email that your support inquiry was received so if you did not receive that, then your email most likely did not reach us. Please check your outbox. Sketch times for a standard sketch can take anywhere from 24 to 72 business hours and expedited sketches are done within 24 business hours. We assure you that customer satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind all of our services. We'll be on the look at for your email so we can assist you further.Deceptive pricing
Please be aware they charge $10-15 *PER* illustration, not for the use of the app like every other photo editing app out there. Also, you can’t see the illustration before you buy it, and it’s not instantaneous, they put you in a queue and then try to charge you $5 more to jump the line. Total extortion. None of this is clear upfront… I’m trying to get a refund from them… we’ll see if they respond... I will update if so.Show lessHmac415

Thanks for contacting us Heather. There may be a bit of confusion regarding what our app does. We offer custom fashion illustrations by real artists. Our sketches are not generated by AI as it seems like you're confusing us with other apps that utilize AI. That's also why we can't show a preview upfront because the artist needs to physically sketch the image you submit first. That is also why it's not instantaneous because the artwork is assigned to an artist first and then they need time to sketch it. We also offer a revision as well in case there's any issue with the final product. In terms of pricing, for a real person to do the sketch, our pricing is extremely competitive at $9.99 for a base sketch with an option $5 fee if you need the work rushed. Everything (including pricing) is clearly stated in our App Store description, in our TOS and also again before payment during confirmation. Our customer service team responded to you immediately via the support ticket and will work until you are satisfied with the resolution. Our artists are very hard working people and we greatly appreciate you re-evaluating your review since it seems to be a miss-communication and some of the language you used like "extortion" is completely unwarranted. Worth the money
Though it is easy to click and send pics, they only allow 4 people in one photo at a time. I guess this makes sense as it takes longer but I ended up doing two sketches, each with 3 people. Not bad for $9.99Анатолий Дроздов
