  • Old trips

    Doesn’t have an option to remove or archive previous trips. Soo have a list of bookings from years ago.
  • Installed a Chinese language calendar

    I installed your app as I booked a flight through you. Wanted to manage the flight. Your app asked to add my flight to my calendar and I approved. Only to find out if added a rough Chinese language to my calendar app. I panicked as I am not sure if I have been hacked. How can a supposedly legit app do this. I will get the language off once I find how to and never install your app or book with you again.

  • Cheaper rates, but 0 chance for modifications

    Once you book you cannot relook up your booking (at least I couldn’t figure it out), so you cannot modify anything—just beware!
  • All good but why No Apple Pay?

    Travelling should be quick and easy pay system .
  • Worst travel agents ever!

    Booked flights and chose insurance option in case of Covid restrictions. Destination is now not allowing tourists travel. It is impossible to contact Travelstart via phone or email. Whatsapp number is an automated program.

    Looks like I will loose all my money! Would definitely not recommend.

We have a team managing that inbox 7 days a week. We've searched using your details and unable to locate a booking. Should you still have an ongoing query please feel free to send us your reference number and query and we will escalate to the relevant team who will be in touch via email.
  • Poor customer relationship.

    I have booked a flight and the e-ticket came through via email. When I downloaded this app it has no where to add my flight details. I then went to the help section which promote me to send a query. Got asked for movie number to chat through what was needed. Still waiting on call 5 days later. My flight is 1day away and no closer to sorting this out. I would still appreciate the help in this matter

  • Crappiest app

    Always problems logging in. Poorly designed app. Needs work. Travelstart as a company. Great, great deals, service, etc. Pathetic app though.

  • Travelstart warning

    Do not use this app to book internal flights in South Africa. We are on holiday from UK and Booked internal flights via this app. Then late on Saturday night (24hrs before our flight) get an email saying our flights are cancelled. No reason. No contact. Nothing. Spent hours emailing and calling and messaging. No response.
    Avoid at all costs.
    Better to book online direct with airline.

  • Not gonna use them again

    They will book your flight exactly like booking from the airline directly, yet they will charge you more especially for changes. The app looks good and does what it should, could use many improvements as many services are done through email yet the actual service they provide is just an expensive proxy. You are better off booking through the airline directly, you will save money and have more flexibility.
