Been using Travel start for a while now and I’ve never regretted it. Their customer service is on point and they reply emails fast. Did I mention their flight prices sometimes are cheaper than when you go to book directly from the airline? And oh, with the Nigerian bank int’l transactions limit, u need not worry even if u live abroad but still using ur Nigerian card. They charge in naira!

Poor service
I booked tickets thru travelstart but has been unable to check in early; the site is not retrieving it. There nobody to contact either - no help over weekends or after hours......unsatisfiedpoorservice
Terrible customer service
I booked a rebookable flight and upon wanted to change my flight there is no number to call and it takes absolutely ages for them to get back to you with only vague replies still saying it’s going to cost me an arm and a leg to change. My flight still has not been rebooked after sending an email 2 weeks ago!Show lessLara JH

Absolutely awful
One of the worst apps I have ever used. It continuously signs me out and tells me that my password is incorrect but won’t allow me to reset it when I request the link to do so. It also deleted my upcoming bookings. Very poorShalamaham
Bloody Useless
I have reset my password and FLAPP won’t recognise my password after letting me log in the first time! It also says I don’t have a booking!! I booked with Travelstart, have received the email to check in and now I can’t check in!! Absolutely bloody useless and incredibly frustrating!!!Rose-Martin
Doesn’t load upcoming flights
The app loaded my past flight, but none of my pending flights which were all in sequence in the same booking?kak man!

Really mad
I’ve booked a flight using the Flapp app and specifically chose the flexible ticket option that was at a higher price in comparison to when I chose the exact same flight without the flexi option. Upon and after checkout when looking at the cost breakdown this add-on did not appear. I queried this with travelstart who came back via email and confirmed that my ticket is not a flexible ticket. Right now I feel ripped off and hope this can be resolved. I later experimented by searching many other flights with the flexi option and in all cases I can confirm that the price is higher as opposed when the flexi option is not selected and when proceeding to checkout, does not appear under cost breakdown. One last thing, I’ve just upgraded the Flapp app and the flexi option is completely removed. What’s going on travelstart?Show less"Van Wilder"
