I experienced a technicality problem during completing a booking payment through the web site for more than six hours and spent more than 40 minutes over the phone with customer care reaching no results yet even after completing the payments, still waiting for more than 3 hours to receive the confirmation and the tickets from this poor application or even their web site.

Pretty sure this is a scam.
Nothing works. Can’t add ticket to wallet, phone number appears to be fake, ticket I was issued does not appear to be an official document. Contact form also does not work.smonyab
