People search is nearly impossible to type
I love the motivosity product but the mobile app is painful to use. Every time I start entering someone’s name in the search field, the search update automatically deletes/appends characters making it nearly impossible to actually type the person’s name.
The buttons for giving and spending money seem somewhat unresponsive. I was out of giving money and tried selecting the spending money button a dozen times. Eventually it updated but wow, it was painful.Show lessTJHooker33
Can’t log in
Downloaded the app today as I was looking for a way to quickly appreciate a coworker. Wasn’t even able to log in. Asked around for help. No one seem to be using the app. I’m switching back to the web site. Love the Web site, though!Lord Vex

We have nearly 90% of our employees with only mobile devices, primarily iPads. I can’t begin to explain how disappointing it is to find there is NO app specific for the iPad. This new release is for iPhone only.
I downloaded this app on an iPhone and an iPad. The iPhone install is a massive yawn, but the iPad install is beyond brutal. You can’t use it in landscape mode and there is a massive black box around it. I didn’t test much past the aesthetics, mostly because I just couldn’t stomach it. Seriously, this newly released app looks like one you would see from 5-10 years ago.
My work around for our team at this point is to use Safari, but I sacrifice a nice looking icon when saving the web version to my home screen. Furthermore, I don’t get any notifications or other badges due to my workaround not being an app.
Ultimately, I feel we were massively misled on this product having an app. This can hardly qualify as such in this age. PLEASE fix this ASAP and don’t take a year or two to do so or you will see companies walking away due to poor functionality for teams on the go.Show lessNewbannerappuser
Love the site, hate the app
Using motivosity on the computer works great, however not so much for on the app. You can’t acknowledge multiple people at once in the app, can’t see what your typing when you are typing a message. No access to leaderboards in app and can’t see contact information of peers. UPDATE PLEASE.Samii[:
Please fix! I love your platform but this app stinks
You've got to add thumb print log in or at minimum ensure I stay logged in. 90% of the time I can't log in with my credentials that work just fine on the website.
When I have logged in I've typed an entry and attempted to submit and it crashes. Talk about frustrating!!! Until the app is enhanced don't waste your time.
Motivosity your app reviews should be the first thing a prospective client looks at. It has to be quick and easy to recognize someone and that equals excellent mobile experience. Please invest here asap!Show lessHyru81

Simply crashes
I love Motivosity as a tool and my company uses it all the time. However, I cannot use the app, it crashes every time right after I log in. So I will continue to use the website and hope this gets fixed someday soon. I am using an iPhone 6 on the latest version of iOS in case that helps trouble shoot the bugs.Show lessPduddy2350
