Worst app and customer support ever
No support when I call. They tell me to call my Internet Provider who in turn tells me to call Heil’s My Observer’s Customer support. Worst experience with the AC and the app and thermostat. Fed up! Do NOT use this system!!!

It didn’t do a whole lot when it did work, but I can’t change the temp anymore. Looks like the app has been abandoned by the developer.amairead
Not a good app but works
I don’t write a ton of reviews but figured I would for this app. It works to control the thermostat. That’s about it. Apparently the variable speed furnaces won’t work with other smart thermostats or I would replace it. It is very simplistic and hard to use. They could drastically improve their ratings (if they care) if they just had someone write a new app that sort of looked nice and was easy to use. If you use any other smart thermostat apps (ie Nest) you will be disappointed.Show lessJmanderson10
