  • App not working

    App stopped working without any notification. Any issues you are aware of
  • Horrible and outdated User Interface

    Feels like it’s from the 90’s. We had the Trane system before and the keypad and mobile app were a million times better. Won’t even keep you signed in. Having to manually sign in every time you launch the app is reason enough to never use it. It’s easier to use the web than the app, but to add insult to injury, they force you to use the app and block you from the web when you’re on your iPhone.

  • Terrible

    App freezes doesn’t follow settings. I had a Honeywell before this upgrade. It worked great. Had a new HVAC system installed. The equipment installed are great but I would not call the thermostat or this app an upgrade. Wish I could use my reliable easy to operate Honeywell.
  • Functional, yet still terrible at pretty much everything

    It’s almost like your grandfather’s thermostat has been ported into a mobile app.

    It can only display in landscape mode - which is annoying and confuses other apps.

    All of the confusing, garbage UI of an antiquated thermostat has been faithfully recreated.

    “How will I remotely program my furnace to follow an inefficient, regimented schedule that will be difficult to change later?” asked absolutely no one. In answer, this app was created.

    It does the absolute minimum, but looks and acts like hot garbage.

  • Unable to adjust temperature

    App worked fine for 3 years and now as of yesterday the app will no longer allow me to adjust anything, have to use the wall thermostat for any changes.

    The app displays everything fine, but if I try to adjust the temperature, fan speed, schedule, or anything else, the equipment doesn’t recognize the setting from the app. After about 2 minutes the app settings revert back to what the wall unit shows.

    I’ve deleted/reinstalled the app multiple times as well as log out and log back on with no success.

    So the app has become worthless at this point in time.

  • Never works

    Horrible , the ac unit I bought came with this crap thermostat they sold it as a working app included to adjust anywhere you are even away from home . But it has never worked . Tired of people selling things that don’t deliver . Complete garbage .
  • Updates needed

    Works well until it doesn’t. This app needs an update to work with new IPhone.
    Even the contact support link on App Store only gives you a snail mail address. Customer service is obviously not a priority.

    Works great. Always keeps me signed in. I just wish they had a public API
  • Thermostat

    I previously had the Honeywell app for my previous unit and then upgraded system which forced me to get an Observer thermostat.

    I feel like I transported 15 years in technology between the Honeywell app and the observer app. Just wishing there was a cooler app for this product.

    Product works with the thermostat well though and does what it is suppose to do.

  • Worst app I have EVER used

    Junk interface, only updates every few days so it is worthless to use to monitor your thermostat remotely. If I try to go to the desktop site, it won’t work and tells me to use the app. Maybe it is a setting on my end but “app support” is a phone number that is only good from 8-5 MF while I am at work. Not going to help. I am considering returning the thermostat and getting a Nest I am so unhappy with it.
