Unable to register
Spent the last 2 hours trying to create an account but there is a server error 504 when trying to submit my account. I’ve tried on the app and browser but both have the same issue. Please fix this ASAP.
App difficulties
The Garuda app would not take my international credit card, so I was forced to use another cash account. This problem has occurred on two occasions and with multiple credit cards.
The app does not display well on my iPhone. It was difficult to see the fillable fields with the top portion being fixed and the bottom portion covered with the keyboard. I could only see a portion of one line as I filled in passenger and payment information.
Lastly, make the Garuda website useable for searching flights and purchasing tickets.

Booking is easy, however confirming data takes a long time, therefore very frustrating to use.
Have tried many times and eventually gave up to add my international flights. Not a very user friendly app

This is not salty but this apps deserve less than one star rating, I’ve never given a rate online as long as still acceptable but this apps never been improve since, I’ve been using it several years now and it getting worst, the apps is so slow, bug everywhere, error most of the time, even accessing your own miles never been possible! Trust me, you guys need to improve, this is too bad, wake up!

The worst app in terms of UI/UX for an international airline
Laggy, not very easy to navigate, no linking to Google or Apple Pay and Wallet features. The GarudaMiles tab especially leaves much to be desired. It was not straightforward to find my activity history (hidden in Profile tab).
Pales in comparison to the apps of its regional rivals (SQ, MH) or the big Mideast carriers (EK, QR, EY)

Difficult to navigate site/ App
I had so many problems trying to book my ticket using the website then the app… information would revert back without saving..l then you need to start over… so frustrating…
Broken most of the time.
Can't see booked flight, can't check in, can't anything.
The most useless airline app
This app cannot record my upcoming bookings, nor it is easy to navigate and nothing seems to work, EVERYONE NOW USE THEIR MOBILE APP TO MAKE BOOKING, if you really care about customer’s convenience on making booking, maybe start fixing this app, because it’s absolutely garbage. Your competitors are having huge breakthrough and all Garuda’s app doing is crashing down and no improvement!

Can’t use, little to no support
I’m a Platinum Garuda flier and cannot manually add Garuda bookings to my app when my membership number has not been picked up in my booking. I’ve tried using their chat support with no success, they just continually ask me to try later. Really poor experience for a basic need to have my bookings listed in the app
