Doesn't delete Garuda notification ID on deinstallation
Removed app but ID in Notifications does not go, poor

There still seems to be a problem on this app. Unable to add new trip or redeem miles and previous trips have also disappeared. Is this problem being addressed as it's very disappointing.
Terrible
As soon as I updated my profile I lost my data in regards to my Garuda Miles Card No. I can't even book a flight now. I can't find anywhere to get technical help. I went to desktop website, signed in but my profile won't come up. Very strange.
Really terrible
This app just doesn't do the job it's meant to! Really badly designed. Won't recognise my booking number (which works fine on the website), I have to log in every time (even though I have ticked the "stay login" button... By the way, that should say "Stay logged in" - bad English) and also there is a pop up which keeps telling me the app won't work properly unless the Background App Refresh is on. The Background App Refresh IS ON. Stop telling me to do it! Frustrating. I hope this isn't a first glimpse of what my flight with Garuda Indonesia will be like...

Great airline, horrible web/mobile app
Garuda Indonesia is an amazing airline with very professional and courteous staffs. I have always had good experiences flying with them. The only thing that bothers me is their website and mobile app. It's confusing, not very user friendly and at times it doesn't even work! Had better experiences using budget airlines' mobile apps (easyjet, ryanair) compared to Garuda's.

5 star airline 2 star apps
It was a pleasure flying with Garuda, however this apps/website still far lag your fellow competitors CX and SQ. For example it has been weeks , we still can't access the Garuda miles transaction records. In order to book a ticket using the points we would have to call your subpar service agent first, then pick up the ticket in your office how inefficient is that.
Many features in the apps are still under development, Garuda need to invest more in the IT department and speed things up.
Please include boarding pass to be accessible in Apple wallet/passbook in your future update.
