Phone and SMS registration is broke
Can't sign in to our company policy because both methods are broken.
Poor sign in
Chubb, you need to ask for your money back from the app designers. Poor process to sign up and does not work.
New version works perfectly
This version works v well for me. Easy to sign up. On phone number entry page after entering the number, clicking somewhere else on the screen is needed to bring up the proceed button.
Does not work
Tried to register my phone 5 times did not receive a code . Tried to use SMS method . Also did not work . Perhaps need new person to code the app ?? Useless
Nowhere near working
Nowhere near working, after installing 3 times and going through the motions the app does not get any further and there’s no email to finalise the account process...
Doesn’t work
It is not possible to register on the app. It does not recognise the policy number.
Helpful
Helped me find the embassy when in Beijing, which was super helpful. I use the currency converter all the time. It is good piece of mind to have all the health content available and faculties mapped out. Surprisingly nice to use for an insurance company.
Pointless waste of time
Typical of large companies who feel they need to have an "app", this one offers 0 value, buried within multiple selections of pointless country summary statistics. You don't an app to say if you need to call on your travel insurance, ring the number.
