Horrible and frustrating experience - Stay Away!!
I made a reservation online through their partner site and payment had been made at GuestHouser. On reaching the hotel for checkin, I was denied rooms mentioning that they have not received any booking confirmation details from GuestHouser. I had to stay on road with my 2 yr infant looking for rooms. Tried contacting them, but no response, no proper details. I will never recommend this for any booking. People please stay away from this booking service.
