Practice mode is needed
I had been looking forward to getting this for a long time and I just started using the app. However I am disappointed in my progress. I feel that the biggest obstacle for me to overcome is the pressure to do well in each workout which translates to making it hard for me to relax and do well. If there was a practice mode for each skill (pulse, lift etc) that would be perfect for me. That way I can really see how my movements make the ball respond and what I am doing wrong. I find the workouts to be more of a test and each exercise is so quick is hard to really focus on each skill.

Great interface, user-friendly, and just plain fun! Who knew that doing kegels could be like a game? Am telling all my friends about it.
Elvie Lagging
Is anyone else having issues since they updated the app? I downloaded the update on Tuesday and my Elvie works fine until
I get to the last three exercises and it is almost as if I am barely contracting. However, I know I am because beads of sweat are forming on my forehead (being a little dramatic), but I aced all the exercises before that point, and I contracting. I can only conclude it must have something to do with the update.

Very happy
I have to say I am impressed. I bought an Elvie for - shall we say - personal not medical reasons :) and both my boyfriend and I are glad we did! The app is very well designed and makes the whole experience easy and fun. Very happy.
This has helped my clients a lot!
As a fitness owner and trainer who works with many pregnant clients, I am so impressed with Elvie. It's so hard to get clients to do pelvic floor exercises as frequently as they should, and this is such a fun and effective solution. I recommend it to everyone! (Not just pregnant women - we all need it!)

A Perfect Invention!
This is a great little device, discreet, beautiful design and so easy to use. It also motivates you to do your exercises everyday. Highly recommend!
iOS7 version problematic
I’m sure the app is great when it works. I’ve had trouble with it hanging on an iPhone 4S running iOS7. I realize this is an older iOS version but if the app claims to run on iOS7, I would expect it not to hang!
Amazing! A must have!
I love my Elvie trainer! The app was so easy and fun and it even told me that I was doing my Kegels wrong...best one out there!
