Very good app for histamine intolerance

This has been the most helpful and least confusing app I have used for multiple food allergies and intolerances. Thanks for making it. The only question I have is what does They grey color stand for? I can’t find it in the description but understand all the rest.

Helpful but incomplete

Missing everyday choices, supplements, missing spices, simple things such as granola; and you don't identify all color codings, such as grey?
I like this app but would like to see it more complete.

Need a question answered...

I was excited to find this app as my son has histamine and salicylate intolerance, but I would love to see more foods added. My big question is what is the GRAY color coding mean? Does it mean it has a negligible amount of something or that the food hasn’t been tested for something (histamine, e.g) so we don’t know...

Very helpful app

I have HI and it helped me figure out easily what to eat and not to eat. I am just requesting for adding more on the food list like other types of fish for certain intolerance or fruits and vegies.
I would pay for an upgrade if there is as this app is trully helpful. Xx

Great concept but needs instructions

This app could be awesome but there is no way of understanding how the colour coding is of relevance...

Extremely helpful

As a lactose intolerant person who recently started having severe, scary and painful reactions to lactose this app has helped a lot to ensure that I stay clear of any lactose products. Being the only lactose free person in my household and also in my friend group it is often hard to remember to check every food for lactose as some of them aren't typically thought of to contain lactose. This app has been really helpful in keeping me healthy.

The foods list is incomplete!

I like the simplicity of the interface with this app, but, please add more foods! I'm trying to figure out which fish I can eat, with my Histamine intolerance, and 80%of the types of fish I've searched for aren't even listed in the app. There are also many fruits and veggies that aren't yet listed. Please update the foods list!

Also, my mother has done hundreds of hours of research about Histamine intolerance, and she actually recommends consuming pineapple. Why does this app discourage the use of pineapple in the HIT diet? Thanks!
