  • Worst Customer Service I Ever Experienced

    I bought tickets for a Porter Robinson concert which ended up relocating to a different venue. I was notified for the relocation and didn’t make much mind to it that it wasn’t gonna affect my tickets as it will just transfer to the new venue. So I checked with Ticketmaster which said my order has been canceled. I immediately contacted the customer support on Vivid Seats and they were as helpful as an AI Bot answering your questions. They “tried” to transfer my tickets but every time they sent me a link, it was showing canceled in my end which I sent all the proof to them which they invalidated anyway. I bought my tickets from TickPick instead (which was way more reliable and convenient) and got my tickets immediately as soon as I purchased them. I wanted to cancel the tickets and get a refund for Vivid Seats’ error on their end but they refused to help at all and I had to argue with them over an hour as they kept regurgitating the same information on how they will send me an email and a link for the tickets which I was fed up and put them in their place that this was THEIR error the link never worked in the first place. They still have refused to give me a refund and I will keep pushing for it. This app is a scam and the customer service might as well be your scam callers you get 10x on a daily basis. DO NOT EVER USE THIS APP. Use TickPick or buy straight from Ticketmaster.

  • Terrible experiance

    This company is just a secondary ticker reseller. My advice would be to purchase directly from the source and not through this company. They have terrible customer support and cancelled my tickets after paying for them and only offer Vivid Credit as a refund. Totally useless.
  • SCAMM (VIVID SEATS) is a scam:(

    PLEASE APPLE TAKE THIS APP AWAY! I GOT SCAMMED FROM THIS APP $268.74 CANADIAN DOLLARS AND I PURCHASED THREE SUPPOSED TO BE TICKETS FOR A SHOW HERE IN NEWFOUNDLAND I HAVE KEPT MY RECORDS OF PURCHASE AND WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE SHOW I HAD NO EMAIL CONFIRMING MY TICKETS EVEN THOUGH I HAD PURCHASED THEM AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITCH NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN DOWN A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THEM ON THEIR SITE AND WHEN I CALLED THEM I COULD ONLY TALK TO ONE PERSON AND WHEN I ASKED COULD I SPEAK TO A MANAGER HE SAID THAT HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON I COULD TALK WITH THEN THATS WHEN I HAD A FEELING THIS WAS A SCAM SO I TOLD HIM HE WAS SCAMMING ME AN HE SAID OH NO OH NO ITS NOT A SCAM HERE IS A BUNCH OF LETTERS AND NUMBERS TO SHOW AT THE SHOW YOU WILL GET IN THE TICKETS ARE PAID. Got to the show and the bunch of numbers and letters he gave me was a joke and the people at the box office for the show told me it is a scam and there’s nothing they can do about it SO I COULD NOT GO TO THE SHOW AND IM VERY MUCH SO UPSET I COULD NOT GO TO THE SHOW. And I GOT SCAMMED $268.74 CA THAT I CAN NOT GET BACK. PLEASE APPLE TAKE THIS APP OFF YOUR MARKET AND HELP OTHER PEOPLE OUT FROM NOT GETTING SCAMMED LIKE I DID FROM THIS SCAMMER APP. PLEASE STOP THIS SCAMMING APP AND PLEASE STOP THESE SCAMMERS WHO ARE RUNNING THIS SCAM APP.

  • Scam App, don’t buy from them

    I ordered a ticket, which I never received an email to claim. I was on the phone with customer service for over half an hour, and all they could tell me to do was “check all of your inboxes on your email” for half an hour straight!!!! it was seriously insanity. I asked if they could email it to me through a different email or send the ticket through text, to which I was ignored multiple times. I was told that if I could sign onto Ticketmaster using the same email, the ticket should appear. It did not. I said that I needed at least a refund as the concert was on the day I was having these issues (and I decided to just buy other tickets), and they told me no refund was possible due to me not claiming my ticket through email (the email that they never sent to me!). I seriously triple checked that my email was correct, and I checked EVERY single possible email box. I even made sure nothing was blocked on my email. The customer service person seemed to not believe me. The craziest part is that immediately after the phone call, I received an email asking to rate my customer service experience from them… so obviously MY email is NOT the problem! Now I’m out over $50 because their terms and conditions say that they don’t do refunds… and they have sucky customer service.

  • Rip off

    So I had bought tickets for the street outlaws at mission race way and paid 140$ per ticket just to find out it was only 70$ per ticket at the gate such a ripoff will not go through this app again
  • Disgusting Company

    DISGUSTING COMPANY. I would give 0 if I could. They advertise “buyer guarantee” on the website but they care a lot more about protecting the seller who is making them money. They do not care at all about the buyer. To them, you are just a beggar. They will gaslight you at every turn. I ordered Megan thee Stallion tickets that never came, waited patiently, spoke to multiple incompetent agent parroting the same “policies” that are not stated on the website. They never offered me a refund nor any solutions.They just kept telling me he sent it. Mind you, I never said he didn’t. I just never received it. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE UNFORTUNATE MISTAKE OF REPURCHASING FROM THIS FOUL PLACE.

  • Very dodgy! Avoid

    Vivid were third party in a sale that saw me buy 2 tickets that were non transferable. Why did they not check that before putting them on the market?

    I am now $110 down without any chance of a refund.

    Better ticket agents are out there.

    Avoid Vivid.
  • Horrible customer service

    I bought tickets through Vivid and what I received was not what I ordered. Vivid blamed it on the seller of the tickets and did nothing to help me. Vivid is ok unless you have an issue then you’re on your own.

    I have had nothing but exceptional service this season. Quality & value by far the best.
  • Rewards Program

    I have seen a few bad reviews and I wanted to say that I have had zero problems with Vivid seats I have always had my tickets sent to me in time. I also love the rewards program! Every 10 tickets you get a credit with the average piece of those 10 tickets!
