I don’t understand why an app is released with huge bugs and even with an update it’s worse still.
All my cash/credit with app update has disappeared!!
I put on $70 via a gift card purchase about a month ago ... (because I refuse to pay with a credit card)
It worked for a month
HOWEVER
I was told that the new app update one would need to re-enter all my information
HOWEVER everything’s disappeared: my purchase history, my gift card money everything!!!

1/ Confusing to navigate even for the Balzac’s staff.
2/ i am displeased that it is geared towards credit cards and PayPal, neither which I use...
3/ and then jumping through hoops as I have to “buy a gift card “ in order to add cash to my account...
