  • Not as great as I thought.

Honestly, I thought it would be like you be able to get items at a fraction of their price; but instead you still find yourself almost having to pay full price nonetheless. Some items actually go past the retail price too. You can put up to like 400+ bids on only one item to try win it and still you won’t win it. And if you really want to calculated, the amount that you pay to get bids plus the grand total that you pay for your won item is basically the same as if you’re buying it at the store. Difference is if you buy it at the store you can take it home immediately instead of having to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to come in.

The shipments just keep on coming! It takes a while to learn how not to waste your bids! That shows a aggressive attitude that just drives the price of the item up! When I’m low on bids I just look for the best items I didn’t win and eak a leg from reclaimed the bids and buy the item! Works for me cause you reclaim your investment! It’s hard but start out on things you can afford to buy! If you can’t afford it, doesn’t help to waste your bid! Good luck & a blessing to all on this lovely Sunday morning!
  • It really depends.

Some people will bid beyond what the item is worth. Just saw somebody bid $1,700 worth of bids on an Apple Watch worth $400. Why? I don’t know.

Another time I watched 3 people bid. One dropped out and two were left. Immediately , the second bidder dropped out and only one was left to win the iPad Pro for $50. Fishy. Makes me think somebody was using two accounts to bid to trick others in the number of current bidders. That’s when I realized I’d never win anything nice here.

Other times you can win things for 1 cent. But it’s usually at 3:00 am and for things you really don’t want or need.
  • General items

The quality of everything I have bid on and won has been top of the line and in many cases exceeded my expectations.
However, the Deal Dash support team is definitely that of the most professional yet extremely personable and friendly people I believe I have ever dealt with in the capacity of any online companies I’ve done business with. Whatever the reason for me needing to contact them they always have an answer for me and the situation, whatever it may be, taken care of. The team is the “ creme of the crop” !!!!

  • They have the most wonderful support team!

Deal Dash is Addicting, Fun, and at times Frustrating because of everyone getting in on the wonderful deals! I have won pet food bowls and gift cards for $0.01 and it’s truly a great application to add to your phone. Whenever I’ve had any issues, I message their support
And receive an immediate live response from a real person that cares. Contact Supporters like Zarah make contacting customer support quick and pleasant unlike most experiences I’ve had with general support lines/chat rooms.
  • Nice prizes but be careful

I like using deal dash once or twice a year to win some nice items and they do come with legit tags and are good
Quality however I have a few issues with how deal
Dash works. First of all the bids are extremely expensive you can spend $100 and get say 500 bids this is not a penny auction each bid costs you about 15 cents. A lot of the same players bid on almost every item and continue bidding aggressively into the tens of dollars or higher. You can burn through 500 bids in an hour just on one item because bids restart every ten seconds so some of these people are either rich or bots. Second issue is that if you don’t win you still lose all of that money so you spent potentially hundreds on literally nothing. Third issue is people should only get to bid on one item on a time having rich people blow thousands when some of us want a fair bidding system makes it impossible to win some of the nicer items.
My last issue is sometimes the items are sent damaged I bid for a long time and finally won a freshwater pearl necklace well it has two pearls and when I opened it one of the pearls had fallen off the necklace so it was either sent broken or broke during shipment. This makes me
Question the quality of the jewelry. My scarf is very nice though. I wish they would refund me my bids for this broken necklace I probably spent 100 dollars winning.
  • DON’T DO IT

I've been on DealDash since 2013 and in the beginning I got addicted to it. I lost thousands of dollars on it and now I have nothing that I can say it was worth winning. The only things that are worth on this site are Apple products and TVs but they will never let you win those. Every time they auction one of those they also have a computer bot that you will bid against thus there is no way for you to win. Trust me I have ended up buying few apple laptops and iPads for the full price to get my bids back because I spent thousands of bids and hundreds of dollars trying to win it and couldn’t. It would cost me way less if I went to Apple store and just bought those. The only things they let me win are suitcases and other worthless stuff that are way overpriced on their site but in reality they are very cheap and poor quality. None of the suitcases survived one trip to Europe. They are made of cheap plastic. The other things I won are backpacks , pillows and candles. All those stuff are overpriced and not worth spending money on. Just stay away from this site.
  • Amazing support team

I got the app in early July and found a purchase of 30 dollars for bids on accident. I was a little disappointed when I found out but I ended up realizing it and emailed the support team instantly. I was pleased to hear back from them within minutes and even happier to retrieve the refund within 10 minutes. The support team was so good I ended up getting deal dash again! I definitely suggest this app for cheaper items and amazing items. I love this app and the support team!
  • Scam

Sad to say Deal Dash is a scam. Don’t let the $5 no jumper limit lull you into a false sense of security, because all people have to do is bid once before the $5 limit is reached, and they can come back at anytime, even after $5 and resume bidding. This means, you’ve wasted a bunch of bids (which you pay for, so you’ve wasted your money). It’s also amazing that these bidders know exactly when you’re about to “win”, or more honestly buy, and pop up to drag out the bidding, raising the price you’re going to pay, or cost you all of your bids (and money) you’ve wasted before finally giving up. I suspect these opponents are actually bots. Deal Dash my not deploy this strategy on every item, especially the cheap garbage like overpriced costume jewelry, but they definitely do on the premium items.
You got me DD, but you will not get another nickel out of me. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
  • They Sold My Email

I can’t believe this company gets away with charging you $72 automatically when you sign up. I was just curious how it worked and wanted some experience using it. After realizing it was needlessly complicated and took far too long to win a bid, I no longer wanted to use it and canceled my membership. To their credit, they immediately refunded my $72 with no hassle. Everyday since I gave them my email I’ve been getting suspicious spam in my inbox. I rarely got these before and now have several coming in from random companies everyday. They have bate-click titles and sound even more scammy that this company. Do not get into this trap! It’s not good for your mental health.
