  • Wish it had more functionality

    Ive only been using fub for a short time, which I really like.. but I wish templates for texts and emails were in the app as when we are on the go and get a lead, it would be easier to respond on the mobile app. I also use a iPad Pro, and its frustrating that the app will only display vertically, not horizontally- so, i have to goto the website to use it, but still need to keep the app installed so I get notifications.

  • Awful App, Needs Complete Overhaul

    Now I’ll say firstly the desktop portion of this CRM seems phenomenal, and there are some features I like on the app but honestly the lack of access to features on the app and only having the phone version and nothing for the iPad have me leaning towards another CRM, the best CRM is the one you actually use! And if I can’t have most the features and access on my phone and iPad that I have on the desktop than that just won’t work efficiently for me...

    Like Follow up boss a lot but wish they change the following without delay:
    When making an appointment.. we have redundancy because sellers and buyers should not see each other’s email addresses... this needs to be changed so that we can include any emails and o lu respective receiver sees their own email and no one elses

    When texting we need group texting as more than one principal legally has the right to see all communications... we are forced to redundancy here too as only one person can be texted at a time

    Please fix this and it will up the rating

  • Love For Desktop, Not iPad

    Let me start out by saying I absolutely love Follow Up Boss. It has made contacting my clients so incredibly easy. It works great on desktop, and just so so on my phone. The organization of the app is not great. The layout on the desktop website is much more functional. I am giving this one star as I am trying to use it on my iPad, however it is clearly not designed for anything more than a phone. I am surprised there has not been an iPad version. I would not recommend this app for iPad, and I would instead say to try and work with it via the browser if you plan on using an iPad as your primary computer.

  • Can’t even sign in

    I downloaded the app on BOTH of my iPhones and when opened it asks me for email and password. I’ve never been prompted to set up account, and when I enter email and password it tells me I can’t sign in. There are no other hyper links or places to sign up. A complete waste of time! I thought I would really enjoy using this app based on the description. I can’t even get past the first page...

  • Desktop program good but app lacks versatility

    After 9 months of using Follow Up Boss I have found that the desktop (PC / Mac) version is quite good. There are a couple of quirks but overall the desktop program is good. 5 stars.

    Technical support is excellent. They are quick to respond and offer value added solutions to any issues I’ve encountered. Again, 5 stars.

    But...

    The FUB mobile app (I’m on an iPhone) lacks the robustness of the desktop version. I understand that an app can’t duplicate the functionality of the desktop version of a program but in my experience a top salesperson doesn’t spend 8 hours in front of their desktop. We are on the move, on appointments, meeting clients, opening and showing homes, taking calls and emails on the road. We need a tool that is mobile friendly and works with us. A few areas that I have found lacking with the app: Not being able to search my lead/client tags is big detractor; having emails that I send from the app going through my iPhone mail app and not sent from the email address that is native to the app (this is fine if your iPhone mail app email address is the same as your FUB email address but if you have a personal or separate email in your mail app, FUB emails sent from the app will default to you mail app address); Not being able to set an time/date alert when I schedule a task on the app.

    These are a few of the little things but they add up. The app needs a major update to be truly mobile functional. Other than tracking calls, you might as well bring your laptop every where you go and log into the desktop program when you’re on the road. It seems the app is just there for FUB to say they have an app; but it’s current version doesn’t really work. I’m looking forward to the major overhaul/update this app needs.
    If you spend most of your sales day sitting in front of your computer or have an assistant who does, you will find the Desktop program is 9/10.

    If you are out and about and need a versatile mobile CRM app, I think you will find the current version of this app lacking in basic functionality. Hopefully this will change with a new version update but it’s my 2 cents worth for right now...
