    App doesn’t send confirmation text to American numbers. Difficult process
  • Cannot even receive a code

    Have tried several times to receive the verification code upon app installation, alas without success .

  • 19 seconds cost me 2.29 eur

    Mistakes were made. I am not sure what I clicked on the app but 19 seconds later, I tried to cancel and was charged 2.29 eur.

    Customer service responded to my inquiry on dropping the charge with this laughable reason:

    “At the time of your reservation when your car was reserved to you but it was not used actively, and other customer’s couldn’t reserve it or use it - it still counts as your active reservation. Based on the fact that we compensate and refund customer’s only for a valid reason, we cannot act on your request and compensate for 19 seconds of not actively using the car.” (Direct quote)

    If you are a math nerd, this is 433.89 eur/hr. When in Latvia, I recommend Bolt Drive.

    Не возможно дозвонится в супорт. Приложение не работает. Поддержка не отвечает в чате. Привязать карту не возможно. Воспользоваться приложением не возможно.
  • Awesome car sharing service in Tallinn 🐝

    Brand new good clean cars with low mileage! 10 minutes walk to a nearest car from pretty much any popular location in town. Good price too, cheaper than lowest taxi rates here. In addition, support via chat in the app is very quick and helpful. Highly recommended! 👍

  • Poor customer service

    Poor customer service. Representatives do not know how to help their clients properly, lack of flexibility and common sense.

    Bandyta su keliais telefono numeriais. Žinute negauta, todėl prisijungti net negalima.

  • Use carguru or Fiqsy instead. Don’t waste your time with these clowns

    I’ve been using these guys for 3 years.They have the worst customer service you could imagine. Every fifth ride or something has some stupid problem.And they refuse to help in anyway to fix any problem.

    For instance there app has a glitch that often causes people not to return the car even though they click to return the car which results in crazy overnight charges.

    And every single case in every single issue I hadWith them. Their attitude is simply that all problems are the customers

    If you just use CarGuru orOne of the other services in Riga,Then I’ll guarantee you won’t have any problems and happy customer service these guys are just Lithuanian horse faces🤦‍♂️

    Easy to use, and when I had a problem -> the instantly fixed it! Very impressed with the cars and service 👍
