Unable to return scooter
Some kind of network failure when returning the bike. Found out 14 hours and 90 € latergunnimar
Totally unusable without the “correct” phone number for your location
If you don’t have the correct phone number/ country code for the country you are traveling in and trying to use CityBee, the app will not work. I went through a lot just now trying to register my mother and sister in Lithuania without Lithuanian phone numbers, and even when using another app to fake a phone number from Poland, the app is unusable in Lithuania. Truly a terrible app that is unusable for anyone without the right phone number for that geographic location, thus being completely pointless.Show lessMorgan Xepp
Doesn’t work with USA numbers
If you have a USA number, you won’t be able to get a verification code to your phone number. So you’re out of luck if you’re AmericanEgap548
Prices are misleading
Be careful. The prices are very misleading and they will charge more after you get in the car. The “hourly rate” can be less than a half hour ride and their are all kinds of hidden charges.Disappointeddtom

Good but slow app
Labai letai vykdomos uzklausos, yoac pakelus aplokacija is "background" ir esant aktyviai rezervacijai.
Labai ilgai tenka lukti sekmingo uzrakinimo.
Pergalvokite UX nes meniu yra klaidinantis.
Radaro funkcija veikia nestabiliai.

Doesn't work anymore
The first time I used this was a month or so ago. It had flaws but at least IT WORKED somewhat. I had to call in every time I time wanted to leave my bike because the app would crash, but at least I could take a bike. Now I cannot even do that. When I open the app it doesn't even show the stops anymore. Please fix this.Show lessDiana Jasi
