Love the brain waves but too many glitches!

This would be my favorite sleep app if only it worked consistently! I am so frustrated that the brain wave sound only (no music or rain sound), my strong preference, will not give me audio on my 2017 iPad Pro without using headphones, not practical for sleep! Looked for something in settings to change this but found nothing. So I use it on my iPhone 11, but most nights I have to reboot the phone or clear all background apps or both to get the audio portion of the brain waves only—and since my insomnia occurs in the middle of the night, it wakes me up more to have to troubleshoot this app!

That said, when I get it to work, it is an almost magical sleep aid! I just wish I could get it to give me audio on my iPad. Have never had this problem with any other app.

I would pay for the upgraded version if I thought it would perform the way it should— but then again, all I seek is the most basic function on this app, and for it to deliver that shouldn’t require a paid upgrade, especially with no certainty that it would even eliminate the performance flaws.

The Delta Waves really do Make Me Sleepy

I have so much trouble getting these apps to work for me. It’s very confusing how to find one and then be able to have it run long enough to keep you asleep for the night. I don’t like it when they stop and change. It wakes me up.
I’m still working on it, but this one has good music, or delta waves, and I think it’s running long enough so that I can stay asleep.

Ads stop it from working

Ever since they started running ads in a banner there have been issues. Now more often than not it stops all sound when certain ads (ALWAYS the Calm App ad) run. Sometimes it just doesn’t make any sound at all.

Great app to assist with sleep

I use this app nightly after it was recommended to me by a brain specialist. When I wake in the night I use it to fall back to sleep.

Can you make the app operational when the phone is locked please? Give users the choice in the settings at least.

Forcing the screen on only drains the battery and makes unnecessary light in the night. It’s counter intuitive as phone light reduces melatonin production.

Great app and concept. Keep up the good work.

Monthly fee- no way!

The previous app worked ok. This one lets you try just about nothing unless you submit to monthly withdrawals. NOT going to even try doing that.

Not happy that I had paid for the premium on the old version and now have to pay monthly. 🙁

Seems like a good idea, but I doesn’t work properly or I don’t know how to use it and there are no instructions

Most recent update horrible!!

You now can’t have it playing in background. Kills battery. And the customer support hi from them keeps writing please email us to correct problems. I have several times and they have yet to respond or reach out. They will not help they try to give good presence but do nothing to fix!

Was a great program until they updated. Now it cuts off with the screen goes to sleep
