Glad you like the app. The app sets a separate backup alarm that works even if the app is killed or phone restarted. Please try setting an alarm and kill the app to try it.

Please check your Focus settings. The app doesn’t and can’t change iOS Settings, it isn’t possible.

Glad you like waking up to the gentle nature sounds. Please change “Light Sleep Wake Up” to “Off” after setting your alarm time. This setting wakes you if you are stirring and can be disabled. Tap “Choose Sound or Sequence” after setting your alarm time. This choice is remembered forever until you change it, so you don’t have to choose it again. This app is completely free. Set your alarm and choose a natural sound or sequence for a gentle wake-up. Place the phone on your bed if you want to track your sleep. Tap Log and Graphs to see your sleep trends over time. I regularly get Skype and text messages while I sleep, never made a difference before.
