  • Doesn’t connect

Current version of the app refuses to recognize my C4 pedal. Hopefully the bug is ironed out soon
  • Unusable without reliable usb functionality

I’m sad to say that Neuro3 app is of no use to me, because the ability to connect iPad to Ventris is unreliable.
I updated the firmware on my Ventris pedal, with the latest desktop app,
and still the pedal repeatedly disconnects from the iPad, and stops responding to the app.
    Tried different cables, without improvement.
I really don’t understand, after all this time, why reliable usb is so hard to implement :(
Another big disappointment is the tiny grey lettering against grey background, that is used to label all the knobs.
Please use a large font with contrasting color, to make the labels easier to read.
I thank Source Audio for trying to improve the app with this update, but it needs the USB to stay connected when you are using it.
I sincerely hope they are successful in business, and in fixing this app.

  • Awesome update!

The new Neuro 3 update is amazing! It’s so easy to use and looks wonderful!
  • Why sign up with email?

I understand for community features, but how is this necessary for shaping an audio signal? I downloaded only to check out the degree of editing Source Audio pedals have available before pulling the trigger on a synth pedal. Promptly deleted the app and am back to shopping for a synth pedal that doesn’t need an account for access to the full range of the pedal’s features.

  • Simple Change Needed

When we turn knobs on the pedal, this should also adjust the levels of the effects in the app. I understand it can’t work vice versa, but at least the knobs should talk to the app.

I love SA pedals, but I tend to choose other brands bc SA is the opposite of WYSIWYG, and the app doesn’t help that. The desktop is much much better, but still needs much work.
I find the app useless because so frustrating except for calling up presets.

  • Hit and Miss

The desktop version works great but most of the time nothing works on the iPhone version when I try it on my C4. Seems to work fine on my Gemini and EQ2 though.
  • Not Functional

No longer capable of sending effects, so the app has kind of lost its purpose. The desktop app crashes when you try to log in, too, so it seems support for the products are not quite there unfortunately. Hope to see it improve.
  • Love my C4… App is frustrating

This is an incredibly powerful and versatile pedal, with a crazy small footprint on my board. But for whatever reason, the app developers aren’t held to the same quality standard. I can get this to work on my laptop and iPad but those aren’t always available or feasible for whatever space or venue I am in. I need the iPhone app to work as well and it just doesn’t.

Spent good money on this product and it should be solid from hardware to software. Please take some time and fix this app.

  • Awesome pedal handicapped by crappy apps

Neuro - please bring your mobile app and desktop editor into the new millenia! These apps are so behind the times despite the products being amazing. Worst of all, if you forget your password you have to write IT support and wait days for someone to remind you - why isn’t that automizd yet??? If you have a gig, you can’t wait around days for your password. Your video tutorials are all old super old cause I don’t recognize anything and I can never get any other presets to load other than like 5 factory presets that aren’t super impressive. Please update! Thank you

  • Just horrible

Bought a c4 pedal and downloaded this garbage app. The pedal and app kind of go together. If you want to spend months learning how to use the pedal and app then knock yourself out. If you want to make music get something more realistic for real world use. I don’t understand the source audio love. This is just way too complex.
