  • TERRIBLE SOFTWARE- great petals

Been a engineer in the music industry for 35 years. My partner is a computer MIT grad and anther friend that has been a guitarist for 40 years. All 3 of us could not figure out this software and how to sync it with my laptop, etc. Terrible, but their guitar petals are some of the best in the industry. PLEASE FIX THIS TERRIBLE SOFTWARE. All the best.

  • Needs to work and it just doesn’t

Source Audio put out a great product in the C4 Synth, so it’s a real shame the mobile app that is critically important for swapping out presets fails to load any of them. Since the app requires and internet connection even to access presets you have stored in your “library”, I was basically unable to edit the device, and this was an ongoing product. Yes, there is the desktop editor but that isn’t always an option once you install the pedal to a pedalboard. I was finally able to access some other presets I had burned to the pedal using a $3 MIDI app I had to separately purchase. I hate to think how many people bought this excellent pedal and never got to see what it can do because of these connectivity issues. Hopefully will be improved, but the other reviews across a long period of time do not leave me encouraged.

  • Won’t let me control anything

The presets don’t work at all it just makes a weird sound as if I were hitting a reverb tank when I click the preset and it doesn’t load. I’ve tried it on multiple phones and it still won’t work.
  • The app works! Tutorial needs an update badly

This app definitely works. SWIPE LEFT to add to your library, and burn from there.

I see people giving up and returning their pedals out of frustration, when the problem is simply that the online tutorials use an old version with a very different interface.

Source Audio has really dropped the ball by not updating their tutorials, but the app works and the pedals are FANTASTIC.

When Source updates their tutorial, I’ll raise this review from 3 to 5 stars. Y’all need to get to work!

  • Not functioning

I have NO success cycling through the presets. When I first purchased the pedal. It works as advertised... now with a new cable and resetting the APP. I have lost all ability to listen to other options.

I do not recommend this pedal for a lack of reliability.
  • iPhone support stinks

The developers do not address the proper way to connect certain iPhones. I awaiting a response now.
  • Useless app

Requiring me to create an account to use a paddle that I’ve already purchased is completely stupid.

Beyond that, since I can’t connect with the app this also means playing live is not going to happen! I would never want to depend on this pedal and connectivity! what a complete piece of useless garbage this company has pushed upon us!

  • Crap

This app has never once connected to any of my devices. Going back to BOSS.
  • Can't sign up.

When I try to use the app, it first requires me to create an account, but when I try to do that, it fails every time with an error message about it not being able to find a host name. What's worse is that I can't create an account with the desktop version...it tells me I need to use the mobile version to create an account. Clad I tried it before wasting $400 on a pedal for which the app doesn't work.

  • Not bad

I really like the idea here but the app is pretty hit or miss. Half the time I can’t get the community presets to load. The desk top version has the same issue and even when it does load on the desktop it sometimes won’t let you preview the preset. What I have to do is try to get the presets to load on my phone, try them out then look for them on the desktop app and add them to the pedal. If I add them from the phone you can’t edit the name so you just have a bunch of generic names that make it kind of confusing to navigate. There’s real potential here and if they can fix these few bugs I’ll probably buy a few more of the One Series pedals because they could be great.
