App interface is a bit awkward
I just installed this app in order to book my next haircut…just to let you know - there’s a bug when filling in the date of birth section (on the iOS app) and it was really difficult to get the correct date to show up.

Doesn’t work anymore
Does not recognise my username and password, has no means to provide a reminder or reset and will not allow any form of access without sign in. Used to be good, isn’t anymore.

Thoroughly recommend downloading this app, keep local business and interests at heart! This app also reflects Big Jims amazing store without a doubt it's brilliant along with all there staff! Been going there for 5 years now and still wouldn't change it for the world!
