My car is restored!
I was shocked to discover rodents had been in my car during the night. Fortunately, the damage was minimal. Just the interior was left very dirty and smelly. It was disgusting! I honestly did not know where to turn for help.
Thank goodness I found Washos and in particular, Jorge! He restored my car to it’s original new state. You can’t tell there was ever a problem. My car is beautiful!

Disappointing Experience with Washos Mobile Car Wash Service
My first interaction with Washos was frustrating and left much to be desired. I had scheduled a platinum wash for two cars, four days in advance, for a 9 AM appointment on a Saturday. Unfortunately, on the day of the service, I received a call from Washos informing me that the subcontracted wash technician could not make it due to an emergency. Given the timing and nature of the scheduling, I am skeptical about the genuineness of this emergency. Honestly, I think the person just stayed out too late Friday night and slept in. This incident leads me to question the reliability of Washos's subcontracting process and their criteria for vetting technicians. The lack of professionalism in handling appointments and ensuring the availability of dependable service providers has significantly eroded my trust in Washos. This experience was not only inconvenient but also indicative of a broader issue with the service's management and subcontractor reliability. I hope Washos takes this feedback seriously and improves their vetting process to prevent future disappointments for their customers.

Detailers try up selling
I used to use Washos on a regular basis, but stopped after frequent up selling on packages. A detailer who came to work on my car said he needed to use a clay bar to remove some imperfections in my paint. Of course, that would be an extra charge. I declined saying I had paid extra last time with prior Washos person. The current detailer said the job was not done correctly and again tried to persuade me to add the extra service. I declined. I didn’t tell this individual that it was he who worked car last time. Just decided to stop using service in the future

Cheap subscription fee
It's so convenient! Basically, they found all the best detailers in all of California to make your car super clean. It's cheap and your car is cleaner than with any regular carwash, plus they come to your door. I really recommend it! It fast, easy and super convenient!
No scam
This was seriously the coolest way to get my car washed. I picked exactly what I wanted in the app and they showed up with all kinds of different equipment to get it done. They even had add-on options. Nice touch! I recommend this to anyone who wants to save time on driving all the way out to a car wash. Literally no reason to sit at a car wash, they come to you!

Best app
This app is really cool! I was able to order a car wash directly to my house and didn't have to worry about taking it anywhere for a professional cleaning. The car wash was super easy to order and I will definitely use Washo again. It was priced really well too, and I was able to save my vehicle info for another time. I highly recommend!

Cool!
I don't usually write reviews, especially with apps, but this is an exception! The whole idea of getting your car washed up at your own convenient location is awesome, not only do they use fantastic products, they wear a smile on their face the whole time your car gets washed, detailed, dried and taken care of. I had my wheels polished with tire shine and the interior vacuuming was a bonus I didn't expect! The washers are super friendly and look after your vehicle like it’s their own.

The whole idea of getting ur car washed up at your own convenient location is awesome, not only do they use eco-friendly products, they wear a smile on their face the whole time your car gets shampooed, dried and taken care off. Save money and avoid headaches. Skip Washos and hire a local detailer.
We take great care of our car (Tesla Model 3) and it looked brand new despite being over 3 years old. That is, until Washos took “care” of the car. Thought the car deserved some TLC so opted for the “Ultimate” package, their most expensive option. Well, that will teach me.
The tech did a lower quality job than usual, when we select the “platinum wash” and worse, actually scratched the paint all around the car due to what I presume was a dirty orbital gun pad. Brought this up to Washos and they tried to rectify by sending the same tech, so the scratches are still there. Pains me every time I have the car washed since the scratches get to be very visible then.
Save yourself the headache and go for the low priced option. Or even better, get a local detailer and save the 25% revshare that Washos collects. Definitely won’t use/recommend Washos again.

Much room for improvement
They have Us employees driving 15 miles round trip in LA traffic just to make $30 & spend over 1 hour washing a car, so I believe that’s making less than minimum wage. Washos takes 33-40% from whatever the customer pays them.
They told me that some guys are making $2,000-$2,500 per week, but I’m pretty sure all of them are working 10-14 hours shifts & 6-7 days per week just to make that type of money…
Make sure you try to tip these employees well if they did a pretty good job!
