Worst app I used for travel booking

The worst travel booking app I’ve used. It takes forever to figure out how to buy tickets, and for services that require seat selection, the option doesn’t even show up.

Map is gone?

Why did they take away the live train view? Previously you could see a map of all trains in operation, how fast they were going, when they will reach the next station, specifics, etc. But now they replaced that amazing feature with this stupid "map" called EMMA, which gives you absolutely no information about anything and is impossible to use.

This app is a mess

It looks an feels like it’s from 2010. Half of the time it isn’t working. Unacceptable in 2024.

Useless

Spent the last 40 minutes trying to buy a ticket for 2 persons and a dog. It’s not the least bit intuitive to navigate the app. The creators need to have a look at some competitors work or go back to school..

Overcomplicated user interface

I have never in my life encountered such an overcomplicated user hostile interface for purchasing tickets and I have been to quite a few countries.

I only wanted to check train times. Maybe this is the wrong app for that!?
It insisted to know my exact age although I have already selected the age range.

Mind you the experience with station ticket machines was no better. It has sold me tickets to a train that has departed 1h before I have started the purchase of the tickets. I should have paid attention to the screen.

The train manager wanted to make us pay a penalty for not having a valid ticket. Luckily the punisment system has failed to work as well so we did not pay a penalty.

My advice: unless you use the app daily just buy the ticket from a person in the ticket office.

Nice Hungarian Train App

This app seems to work well, but the English language version is incomplete. For example, when asked to register, the country names are in Hungarian and the USA, at least, is missing. Furthermore, in order to reserve seats, the only way I could figure out how to do that, is search and pay for the ticket via the website.

Nem tudsz screenshotot készíteni a jegyröl. A fizetés maga a vicc.
Mire betölt elmegy a vonat. Gratulálok a fejlesztőknek. Nehéz szavakat találni erre a remekműre.
