Terrible customer service
When you buy ticket online you can’t use the pdf ticket or print the ticket by yourself, you can only collect the paper ticket from their machines which are only in Hungary. Then why do you sell international tickets which originate from other countries, and why do you call it an e-ticket? Tried to contact them but their customer service is rude and helpless, will never choose that company again, even when travel inside Hungary.

Time zone issues
It should allow choosing time zone. When I want make reservation the program assumes i do it according to my local timezone and not the Hungarian time zone.

Good app when I don’t get the error that I’m not connected to the internet, even when I am connected.
Hasznos app
Mindig ezt használom amikor vonattal megyek valahova. Újabban egy kis probléma merült fel, a program szerint az árak a valóságos árnak 1/10. Ez csak egy nehány hete kezdődött el, remélem, hogy korrigálni fogjak.
Great App But Needs Ability To View Tickets
Very useful app to have if using trains in Hungary. Highly recommended for all travellers. Only suggestion would be an option to view current purchased tickets or even ability to purchase tickets. Thanks! :)

Sok más apphoz képest ez jól működik. Hasznos mindenkinek aki nem akar google ből vonatokat keresni. Meg menetrendeket.
