I bought a ticket by using this app. The app just took my money and no ticket shown under the ticket tab.

Basically functional, often illogical
I successfully bought tickets with the app,
But there are a number of windows when I cannot guess correctly what means “OK”, or how to take info into the next screen. So there’s a number of back and forth. Some user interface testing, and watching users where they become perplexed could improve the next version.

Automaticly changing your keyboard to english, so hard to find everything, dark mod hase a lot of bugs and others.. 1 star of 5, sadly the only option for buying tickets for the train online
App and website not user friendly
Website is ridiculous. You purchase a ticket then have difficulty retrieving the actual ticket.
Ferihegy train station has all three of their elevators out of service for at least 2 years. If you have kids and a stroller good luck trying to get from one platform to another. Wheelchairs are another story.
Mav needs some all around restructuring!

Lots of opportunities to improve
It works, but the UX is confusing at many points, CTAs are hard to spot and would like more payment options. Translations are poor and occasionally missing. Please give this app some tender loving care that it would deserve!

The worst service in it’s category
You only can buy tickets for a specified train not for a day or return etc. Difficult to use app.
Nem enged bejelentkezni
A jegyvásárláshoz nem enged bejelentkezni az app. Az emailcím és jelszó beírása után inaktív marad a bejelentkezés gomb.
Major Problems with Routing Your Trip
Overall, I was pleased with this app. The one BIG problem with it is that, after you have entered a City in the “Via” line, there is no way to delete or clear it - at least no way that I have found. This makes it difficult to impossible to use it again unless (maybe) you uninstall it, and then re-install it.
